| Integration of Wycombe Marketing Services (Chromacopy) |
|
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the
integration of Wycombe Marketing into our existing business.
We welcome all of Ed's old customers (and the young ones!) and assure you
of the same great service you have enjoyed in the past. We also welcome customers of Edos foremerly in Bourne End and now moved out of the area and of The Marlow Bureau in Marlow now closed. We will do our best to give you the same pricing and value for money that you have enjoyed with these companies - please call for a no obligation discussion. |

We have
additional space at our new premises and will be expanding our range of
products and services.
Following on from the installation of the Ricoh 1105
digital printer with finisher, (this machine prints at 105 copies per
minute that is over 50,000 in an 8 hour shift) we have now installed two Infotec (Ricoh) Digital Colour machines to replace our Canon CLC's. These machines have a combined speed of 60 A4 colour prints per minute! We will be very aggressive
with our pricing for long run work.
We have installed two encapsulating machines enabling on-site encapsulation up to 914mm (36") in matt or gloss finish.
We have added to our large format colour capabilities by the introduction of a Canon BJ-W7000 wide format Graphics Printer.
STOP PRESS
We have also recently installed a second Xerox 510 high speed digital plan printer/copier. This machine combined with our two other digital plan printers greatly increases our productivity.
Colour scanning is now possible up to A0+ and 13mm (½ inch) thick at up to 400dpi.
This makes an investment of over £150,000 in new equipment since we moved to our new premises reflecting our
commitment to providing quality products and services for our customers. |
| Hours of Business |

We are open five days a week, Monday to
Friday from 08:30 until 17:30. Please note; until further notice the office will be closed daily between 10.30 and 11.30 and between 15.00 and 16.00. Out of hours working by
negotiation. Please call us if you have an urgent requirement. We will always try to
assist. |
| Business Accounts |
|
We offer a credit account service to our
business customers. If you would like to open an account please ask for
an application form. |
| Delivery and Collection Service |
|
We offer a delivery and collection service
for our account customers (conditions apply). Typically we cover up to a fifteen mile radius
of Maidenhead. Greater distances by special arrangement. A discretionary
minimum order value may be applied for this service. |
| "While-You-Wait" Service |
|
We have an over-the-counter service and can
usually complete small jobs while you wait. If the job is large or
complicated we may ask you to leave it with us. |
| Free Car Parking |
|
There is a small amount of parking to the
front of Waldeck House and a very large car park to the rear, so no time is wasted
looking for a road-side parking space or paying to use a public car park
- park right outside for free! The signage will tell you the car parks
are for Permit Holders only, however customers of the businesses in
Waldeck House are also allowed to park freely.

We pride ourselves on our service, our

We offer a 10% discount from our retail
price list for all work produced in house to non account
customers on production of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
Advantage Card. |
| Confidential Service |
|
We offer a confidential service to all of
our customers. This is of particular importance to some of our clients
where the work entrusted to us for reproduction is unique, highly
confidential or the result
of significant investment. We can offer on-site auditing of this type of
work where required. If the job is confidential, all surplus and
any test copies are routinely passed through our cross-cut shredder. We
also offer a confidential shredding service. |
| Environmental Policy Statement |
|
We care about our environment. All our
paper is of Chlorine Free manufacture and comes from mills that use sustainable forests. Our
customers will be pleased to learn that we recycle all of our waste
paper and scrap copies (where confidential, we shred them first). We also recycle all cardboard and up to 90% of
all plastics. We may be a reprographics company producing paper copies
but we try to do our bit for the environment. |
| Understanding Paper "A" Sizes |
|
We provide a guide to the most common paper
"A" sizes below, in addition to these sizes there are larger
and smaller sizes; 2A is larger than A0 being 1682mm x 1189mm and at the
other end of the spectrum we have A6 148mm x 105mm, A7 105mm x 74mm, A8
74mm x 52mm, A9 52mm x 37mm and A10 37mm x 26mm. In practical terms we
generally work within the A0 to A6 range. There are also "B"
paper sizes but these are not commonly used in the UK
"on-demand" reprographics outlets. You will also come across
US paper sizes the most common being "Letter" this is
different to A4 measuring 8.5 inches by 11inches. We would normally
re-format or re-size this to fit A4 size paper. |
